Overall North East Open Studio week was a very positive experience and could have potentially been even better but… I happened to pick up COVID in the very beginning of the exhibition although I didn’t realize it at first but was feeling increasingly tired and ill and eventually had to close my venue earlier. However I still managed to engage with the visitors and to have a few interesting conversations and to make a few sales.
